Now
What a time to be alive. So much to do.
- personal
- living note
Inspired by Derek Sivers, because personal websites are still cool and the internet gets better when people have their own little corners.
This is mine.
Anyway…
What I’m building and trying to move forward.
Work
01
Making this website
I’m actively making this website.
Not just as a place to put information, but as a playground.
A place to mess around with visual effects, UI design, storytelling, weird little interactions, writing, prototypes, and whatever else I feel like exploring. The web is still such a beautiful medium when you treat it like one. Fast, open, playful, alive.
I want this site to become more than a profile page. More like a living notebook. A place for blog-style articles, playground prototypes, visual experiments, personal updates, unfinished thoughts, and things I don’t want to lose in some private folder.
Some projects will be polished. Some will be rough. Some will probably break.
Perfect.
That’s the whole point.
02
Community app
Calling it an events app is probably not right.
It’s more about helping companies bring people back. Online and offline. Not just once, but again and again. More connection, more interaction, more reasons to show up.
Think events, community, loyalty, rewards and a bit of game mechanics mixed together.
People can earn points by joining, participating, visiting, sharing, showing up, or being part of whatever the company is building. Those points can turn into free things, discounts, prizes, early access, or other nice little rewards.
Simple idea.
Make people feel more connected to a company, a place, a brand, a club, a community.
And make coming back feel fun.
03
Superhuge
Superhuge needs clients.
So yes, I’m doing outreach, getting the marketing going, and finding the right people to work with.
The work is there. The story is there. Now it needs momentum, conversations, and a bit more “hello, we exist and we can help.”
Nothing magical. Just doing the work.
04
Selfso
Selfso is in development and slowly moving into outreach mode.
This one needs care, shaping, positioning, testing, talking to people, listening properly, and building the thing that actually helps.
I’m excited about it though. It feels useful.
And useful beats clever most days of the week.
Ideas, tools and new ways of making things.
Experiments
05
Color tool
I’m working on a color tool.
This one started from wanting to make color easier, faster and more playful. Pick a direction. Try combinations. See what works. Make something look good and keep moving.
Every now and then you scratch your own itch and accidentally end up with something useful.
That’s the vibe.
06
Horse jumping courses
Sunny and I are building something for horse jumping.
No name yet. Just an idea with enough energy to become real.
It’s an app for event organisers and stable owners to design and personalise jumping courses. Arena size, obstacles, colours, logos, shapes, drag-and-drop, the whole thing.
There’s also a service layer where we design the actual courses, and maybe a subscription with new ones every month.
Sunny knows the horse world from the inside, especially through her work in the China market. I mostly bring the “why is this still so complicated?” software brain.
Feels like a world that could use a shake up.
07
Playdeck
I’m also spending time on Playdeck.
Still figuring out what it wants to be, but it keeps showing up in my head, which usually means I should give it some attention.
Some ideas don’t arrive fully formed. They slowly become clearer by playing with them.
So yeah. Playdeck.
08
Vibecoding
I’m vibecoding a lot.
The word is silly, but the feeling is real.
AI makes it possible to move from idea to prototype stupid fast. As a way to think, test, learn and get unstuck, it’s mad useful.
Sometimes it feels like sketching with software. You don’t need to know exactly where something is going before you start. You can just begin, follow the energy, and see what appears.
I’m not trying to become a “developer”. I’m trying to make things.
Big difference.
The people and practices keeping everything grounded.
Life
09
Zeno
Zeno is four years old now.
Which means life is louder, funnier, sweeter, more chaotic and way more interesting than anything happening on a screen.
Four is such a good age. Big stories. Big feelings. Big questions. Tiny shoes everywhere.
A daily reminder that time moves fast, attention matters, and the best moments are usually not on any roadmap.
10
Sauna, running + lifting weights
I’m spending more time on the body too.
Running, lifting weights, sauna. Nothing fancy. Just showing up, sweating a bit, getting stronger, clearing the head.
There’s something really nice about doing simple things that compound.
Lift. Run. Sweat. Repeat.
11
Fermentation + cooking
I’m getting more into fermentation and cooking.
There’s something beautiful about making things that take time. Fermentation is slow. Cooking is honest. You try, taste, adjust, learn, and then hopefully eat something delicious.
Also, making food for people is one of the better things in life.
Simple as that.
12
Gardening
Same with gardening.
Mostly vegetable garden, fruit trees, and chickens.
I love the rhythm of it. Planting things, watching them grow, figuring out what works, making mistakes, trying again. Some days it’s peaceful. Some days the chickens act like they own the place.
Fair enough.
You show up, pay attention, and maybe something grows.
Honestly, not a bad way to think about most things.
13 / Closing
That’s it
That’s what I’m on right now.
Building this website.
Developing new tools.
Getting Superhuge and Selfso in front of the right people.
Making software with AI.
Spending time with Sunny and Zeno.
Running, lifting, cooking, fermenting, gardening, and trying to grow a few decent tomatoes.
Feels like a lot.
Feels good.
What about you?
What are you doing now?
