HPF · product exploration
More than a shop.
Exploring a companion for everyday horse care. Different ways in, working journeys, and a product taking shape through use.
What happens after the purchase?
A supplement shop helps someone buy something. But the everyday questions continue: what am I giving, what have I noticed, and what do I still need to figure out?
I explored a companion around that ongoing experience. Something that could hold the routine, the questions and the next steps together.
To find how people might enter it, I built different working approaches: a conversation, a guided path, and a place to browse and ask. The same situation, experienced in different ways.
Try the horse-care journey
Start in Conversation, then switch to Guided path and Browse & ask: the same horse and choices, with a different pace and starting point. Next, choose “Set up a product I use”, pick a product and try “I don’t know the amount yet”. Open Saved ideas, then Today. The guides inside explain what to notice. Fictional records; no live AI; edits reset on reload.
Interested isn’t the same as ready.
Trying the journey made that distinction concrete. Someone can want to keep an idea without having enough information to act on it.
So saved ideas and confirmed routines became separate parts of the experience. A small distinction with consequences throughout the product.
AI made it practical to build and compare these approaches quickly, while the product was still taking shape. I could experience the pace, revisit unfinished choices and follow their consequences through the product. That makes more alternatives worth trying—and gives us better questions before committing to one.
